Bringing different voices and vantage points, we share a deep commitment to sustaining our workforce via relational practices.
Our Team
Amy Escott, MS, LPC
Creative, strategic, relational and a seasoned child trauma therapist, supervisor and trainer, Amy is deeply committed to supporting our workforce with practical, micro practices. It is not the actual WORK that we and our teams do that leads to burnout and distress; but is rather the brokenness of the systems and world.
Amy also co-directs the Center for Integrative Treatment of Complex Trauma, an evidence-based therapy model for reducing the impact of complex trauma for children and youth.
