Empowering Leaders Through Relationship Based Practices

We envision a world where every leader knows that the most powerful action begins with a pause. By redefining leadership through reflection, regulation, and relationship, we help create workplaces where people and performance flourish together.

Drawing on our experience at the intersection of leadership science and trauma-informed practice, we offer leaders a soft landing — space to approach challenges with intentional perspective and partnership.

With deep expertise in mitigating workplace stress, fostering nervous system regulation, and mentoring reflective supervision, we build intentional community where ALL leaders can learn, grow, and connect.

Our Origin Story

In 2019, our team came together to collaborate with the Missouri Children's Trauma Network to create a learning community for trauma-informed supervision. Ashleigh and Stacey brought years of collaboration and expertise in Reflective Supervision, trauma-informed care, and system change; and combined it with Amy's background in trauma-informed systems and supervision. This laid the groundwork for something pivotal in Missouri.

Years later, after supporting hundreds of supervisors through the pandemic and its aftermath, we continued to hear that leaders needed more. Participants wanted to re-enroll. Supervisors were hungry for best-practice strategies to help their staff stay regulated — and needed ways to sustain themselves, too. Requests started coming from outside Missouri, asking for deeper training in reflective practice, workplace distress prevention, and supervision. And so, in 2026, the Relational Leadership Collective was born.

Today, we want to support leaders to go deeper in a community that doesn't end when the project does. We offer sustained support that meets all leaders where they are, equipping them to keep showing up for their people amid stress and uncertainty. We're proud of where we've been and excited for what's ahead.

We invite you into our community — where you'll hear more about plants than you bargained for (we're all gardeners), where recipes, books, and music sustain us, and where we show up for each other with the same authenticity and humor we bring to you. We hope you'll join us.
