The Relational Leadership Collective offers community and support to all types of leaders - formal and informal leaders, supervisors, managers, etc. All are welcome here. We encourage you to connect with us to explore what we’re working on!

Collaborative Needs Assessment

Utilizing a variety of techniques, we conduct comprehensive needs assessments to determine the ways in which workplace distress might be impacting your organization, employees, and deliverables. This can include site visits, structured questionnaires, and more.

Reflective Consultation

Our team specializes in individual and group reflective consultation, available at a mutually agreeable time and primarily held via a ZOOM platform.

Relational Leadership Keynote

Ask us to bring the concept of Relational Leadership to life for your organization! We will partner with you to create a custom keynote and leave your audience with actionable strategies for strengthening supervisory relationships and team functioning.

We’re so excited to announce that registration is live for the 2027 Relational Leadership Learning Collaborative!

This is an intensive, year-long group training and consultation experience that you won’t want to miss.   • This group learning experience includes 15 hours of live training via zoom, 12 hours of small group reflective consultation, and access to a virtual resource library. The fee for this collaborative is $1,500.00
